News Alert: Little boy breaking into homes, villages paralyzed with fear

Multiple reports of a strange young boy no older then eight breaking into homes and looking through belongings has citizens of Kanto shaking in fear. 

The trespassing rampage began on Monday, when the boy entered a home in Viridian City at around 6:00. “He came completely unannounced,” said police, “and made several demands. The child then proceeded to look through the family’s books and other private belongings.” The boy, identified most by his strange ensemble and baseball cap, has been spotted throughout the region numerous times since. ”He kept mumbling something about railroad tracks,” reported one victim in Lavender Town, “and then he just stopped and stared at my Town Map.”

One of the most infamous sightings of the boy occurred at a Viridian City shop, where a courageous store clerk attempted to get the boy out of town by giving him a package for Professor Oak in Pallet Town. “I just didn’t want him harassing my neighbors anymore. I wrapped some random goods into a parcel and told him Oak needed it right away.” Store shoppers remember the horrifying experience. “He asked me if there were any potions in stock, even though I was clearly not a store employee. He seemed very confused.”

“Avoid him as long as possible until Officer Jenny arrives,” advised Viridian City police officials at a press conference on Tuesday.  Officers described the boy as ‘elusive,’ remarking that the boy was out of the victimized home long before police had a chance to arrive. “We know that these events are frightening, and we are doing everything in our power to ensure that boy is behind bars.” Officials warned citizens involved in an attack to ‘stay calm,’ urging potential victims to avoid verbal or physical exchanges with the boy. “He is not armed,” police confirmed, “but he appears to wield total control over an army of six mythical creatures.”
